The SCG Global group helps people and organisations to think differently about complex problems and barriers to promote opportunity and achieve positive outcomes in often challenging and unique operating environments.  We work with private and public sector organisations with a focus on emerging industries and markets to resolve complex problems through the application of systems thinking methodologies. It is our unique approach to complexity and adversity that allows SCG to maintain an inherent focus on strengthening organisations and communities across the globe by rapidly understanding barriers and  developing and executing multi-layered strategies.
