Risk and control

Our approach to systems runs deeper than reviewing and developing high level procedures and policy positions for governments and private sector organisations. We are focused on understanding and improving relationships and linkages.

We take a systems thinking approach that allows us to identify and understand key actors within a system and the relationships among them.

This starting point provides communities and organisations with the unique opportunity to understand the constraints, controls and feedback loops within the system, allowing them to craft and execute strategies that overcome barriers and complex problems.

Our ongoing partnership with the University of the Sunshine Coast and its global network of researchers also provides SCG with unprecedented access to and engagement with state of the art systems and failure control processes that can be applied to any problem, in any community and in any environment throughout the world.
