SCG and Woolley&Bevan Surf Park Systems Design were engaged to deliver a complete risk, capability and governance system for the emerging surf park industry within Australia.
This project was delivered on time, on budget and allowed the designers to respond to operating, liability and insurance underwriting risks that had not previously been considered in Australia.
AGED CARE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
SCG was engaged by the Australian Aged Care Solutions Group Pty Ltd to establish its organisational structure, operating systems, people and capability arm and critical governance practices to guide their introduction into the Australian community.
The Aged Care Solutions Group Pty Ltd offers a unique service that engages retirees and those within long term unemployment with family members in aged care facilities to provide companionship and a direct link between families.
TRAINING AND CAPABILITY
SCG were engaged to assist Training Space Finder in identifying potential failure points within their operating system and to review its organisational structure, capability processes and people management.
